Terms and Conditions

As mentioned at the bottom of the products & prices page, I create these items during my spare time, I don't have an inventory, and I don't want anyone to be upset when I can't deliver one of these items right away.  Please let me know what you're interested in and we'll discuss how quickly I'll be able to make the item.  The tie-fighter fire pit is especially difficult to make quickly.   

Additionally, it is often not possible to make modifications to these items once they are completed.  For that reason, I do not expect you to pay for the item until it is completed and meets with your expectations.  If for any reason you're not happy with the finished product, you'll be able to keep your money, we'll part as friends, and I will attempt to sell the item to someone else.

A few other initial thoughts:

• Feel free to let me know if this website is jacked up, as I'm new to this.
• I have this hobby because I like building things, but I'm not interested in selling items to rude/obnoxious people who will take the fun out of it. 
• I reserve the right to add all sorts of new terms and conditions later as enter into the unknown realm of selling stuff and learn from my mistakes.
• Let's all agree to try and get along.
